Ms. Heaton graduated from Mountain View High School in 1993. She then earned a bachelor’s degree in English Teaching in 2001 from BYU. She has also earned two graduate level endorsements in Special Education and Reading from BYU. She is now an 8th grade English teacher here at MJHS. One of her favorite treats is Peanut M&Ms.
Mr. Hubbard graduated from American Fork High School. Go CAVEMEN! He then attended BYU and received his Bachelor degree in Education. After graduating he received a Master equivalent from Nebo School District. He teaches World Studies to our 9th graders. One of his favorite treats is a twix candy bar. The style he wishes would never come back is having holes in pants. He thinks it’s a waste of money. If he could go back in time, he would go back to World War II. If he could go anywhere, he would want to go to New Zealand where Lord of The Rings was filmed.
On Thursday (February 11) we had an awesome 80’s themed dance put on by the PE department! Thanks to all that attended/worked to make it happen.
The Theatre 2 class set a goal to have everyone earn at least 80% on a recent assessment. They achieved their goal...and got FiiZ drinks!
