In 8th grade English, students are reading the novel Mississippi Trial, 1955 by Chris Crowe. On February 25th, Chris Crowe will visit with our 8th graders and talk about his book and the process he went through to write it.

The students from the SPED class love going to their out classes and interacting with their fellow students. The students in these out classes are so amazing with the individual needs for the SPED students.

Ms. Heaton received $1,000 from the Utah State Board of Education to purchase books for her classroom library. Ms. Heaton and her students are thrilled about the new books!
Our MJHS Math Team are at school bright and early preparing for a math competition at BYU this coming Saturday. Good luck to the math team!
Our boys and girls basketball players played in the semi-finals today. Our girls played hard but unfortunately lost to SFJH ending their great season. Our boys beat Springville jr and will play in the championship Thursday evening at 5 pm at SFHS! Go Mustangs!!

We will be taking a group of 9th Grade students to the Advanced Learning Center (ALC) on Friday, February 25, 2022. The ALC has a wide variety of programs and classes for students to earn high school and college credit, as well as earning certifications in specialized areas.
