Spirit of the Mustang - March

The teacher I want to give the Spirit of the Mustang to is just beginning his career, but he is already becoming a master at accommodating students both with and without special needs. He sees each student as an individual and approaches their needs with just that in mind. He has come to my room several times after school to discuss individual students and means of meeting their needs. He is always happy to make adjustments to teaching or testing methods while keeping his expectations for student achievement high. The students feel capable and intelligent as well as engaged and respected in his class. It is a pleasure to work with Justin Johnson who demonstrates the Spirit of the Mustang every day.
