Mustangs dine in style at LaCaille

Submitted by jeffrey.nelson on Tue, 11/13/2012 - 08:56

For the past two months, the Foods Students have been saving money to go to the LaCaille Restaurant, in the mouth of Little Cottonwood Canyon in Salt Lake. They specialize in French Cooking, and give the students a chance to try foods they would not normally encounter, such as Escargot. Students are taught about dining etiquette, and get a chance to practice those techniques at this 5-Star restaurant. Students are taught about napkin placement, how to seat ladies, which fork to use, and how to gracefully remove the Escargot from its shell.
