Mustang Message 2/18/20

Dear Students and Parents,

Changes in Schedule for Parent Teacher Conferences on Thursday THIS Week

Attention Parents: Please be aware that P/T conferences are coming up this Thursday Feb. 20th. We will be trying something new this conference with teachers available in the gym for the first half of the evening and in their classroom the second half, with a dinner break for teachers between. We hope that by doing this teachers will be able to eat dinner at a more normal dinner hour as well as allow parents wanting a more private conversation to occur in each classroom. The plan is that teachers will be in the gym from 3:00-5:30 and then begin to transition to classrooms. Half the teachers will eat dinner and go to their classrooms at 5:30 leaving half still in the gym and then at 6:00 the other half will eat dinner and move to their classrooms. So, plan accordingly - between 3:00 and 6:00 teachers will be in the gym and between 6:00 and 8:00 p.m. teachers will be in their classrooms. We hope it goes smoothly as we decide if this is something we will do again.
