"Mapleton Junior High MathTeam competes virtually in the first contest of the year!Although it’s been a tumultuous year, MJHS MathTeam competed in the first virtual contest of the season, the American Mathematics Competition 8.  The team scored a respectable 42 points, led by 7th grader Sam E., the teams top scorer and gold winner.  He was followed closely by 8th graders, Trent W. and Parker J. and 7th grader Sadie B. who all earned silver.  Bronze was awarded to 8th graders Yuki I.
